Live Virtual Overview

As we return to the use of the classroom, the significant interest that has been shown in live virtual programmes almost certainly means that there will be a continuing need (customer requests/preferences) for this type of offering. This need seems to be growing as our ability to provide a quality experience improves (continued practice is making us better) and factors such as remote access, flexible timings, shorter learning sessions and, not least of all, lower costs are given greater credence. Under the BSM banner we had initially launched live virtual conversions of some core 5 day programmes – Strategic HR Management, Leadership and People Management and Human Resource Management. However, these were offered in the early days of our thoughts on conversion from the classroom and our approach needs revisiting (to question the programme length (5 consecutive days) and 5 hours learning per day. In addition though there are a number of programmes that we can offer via live virtual channels that will allow us to use the learning of the last few months in terms of need, content, length and timing.
