Programme Overview
This program offers opportunity for senior-level managers to acquire expert insights, explore leadership concepts, and examine actionable strategies for building the kind of leadership to enable a business, organisation and employees to deliver their optimum performance. This Essentials Leadership programme also aims to provide participants with the ideas, frameworks, and tools required in creating an environment and culture in which individuals feel compelled to innovate and contribute to a transforming work environment.
Target Audience
Target/Suitable attendees for these workshops are Business Leaders and Managers (and/or HR professionals) wishing to increase their understanding and capability in leadership best practice. Class sizes are preferred at 5 to 20 attendees but this can be amended to accommodate organisation and individual needs.
Programme Objectives and Outcomes:
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
1. Define Leadership and Management and differentiate between the two roles.
2. Within Leadership; create and implement strategy, define and embed vision, mission and values, create an engaged workforce, determine key leadership capabilities and lead change.

Do I need a particular background to attend this course?
No. Increasingly leaders and managers are keen to learn what a modern leadership approach is and how it can help them deliver results. The programmes are designed to enhance capability, performance and career opportunities.
Does it matter which industry I am in?
No. The services and capabilities covered in the programmes apply to any and all industries. Some parts can be more important/required than others and we flex the coverage appropriately to meet participant need.
Can I change the duration of the course?
Yes, and No!! The advertised core programmes run for 16 hours and are delivered as described. However, we can design and deliver and length of programme as determined by particular need. Just tell us what you need/prefer and we will design it and deliver it.
