MBA Update Autumn 2022
[video src="https://secuna.b-cdn.net/Dr.%20Joel_Video.m4v" /]
WELCOME to this MBA update written for you in the autumn of 2022, and covering the three modules I originally wrote in 2019/2022; namely Strategic HR, Leadership and Strategy.
I did make a brief video in 2021 as an immediate response to some of the issues being raised by the Covid 19 pandemic but it was early days, and we now have more of a handle on both the immediate impact and potentially longer-term effects on people and business.
So, with much happening in the intervening period with strategic HR perhaps the most impacted but some effect also on Leadership and Strategy Creation; it seems the right time for some additional updates.
This written piece will be aided by a complimentary video to assist clarity in interpretation of the content.
That content to include hybrid working, wellness, leadership/management style and actions, virtual learning, impact of using headhunters, scenario planning and transformation/solution providers.
The full update has already been loaded in the MBA site.
